Revokes all delegations made under the Land Administration Act 1997 and the Land Administration Regulations 1998 in favour of officers within the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage as published in the Gazette of 28 July 2020. Delegates powers to specified positions within the Department's Land Use Management Division, with certain limitations, particularly regarding Native Title Agreements.
