Revokes all delegations made under the Land Administration Act 1997 and the Land Administration Regulations 1998 in favour of officers within the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (and the former Department of Lands) as published in the Gazette of 10 September 2019; and delegates powers to specified positions within the Department's Land Use Management Division, with certain limitations regarding Native Title Agreements.
