Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 21 april 2025 are required by the personal representative, craig harry james and michael filan ashforth of care of irdi legal, [contact details redacted] 6007, to send particulars of their claims to them within 31 days from date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
