Notice Text
Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of Subiaco. Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to remove all inflammable matter from the land by 1 November 2021, and thereafter up to and including 31 March 2022. The penalty for failing to comply with this notice is a fine up to $5,000.00.
