It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following local law made under the waste avoidance and resource recovery act 2007 and the local government act 1995—the city of gosnells waste local law 2016 published in the gazette on 1 december 2016 and tabled in the legislative council on 17 may 2017.
