Made by the chief dangerous goods officer under s 27(1) of the dangerous goods safety act 2004. This notice may be cited as the dangerous goods safety appointment notice (no. 1) 2023. I appoint the following persons to be a dangerous goods officers— (i) mikil b gandhi (ii) russel righton (iii) hamish montgomery
