Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Mt Pitt Spring No.2 Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The boundary of the Mt Pitt Spring No.2 protected area consists of the area labelled 'E' on Deposited Plan 425611. The Mt Pitt Spring No.2 Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
