Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the McKenna Spring Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is McKenna Spring. The boundary of the McKenna Spring protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425823. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The McKenna Spring Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
