Alistair Jones, acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates to the holder of the office of executive director, circular economy of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, powers and duties under part 4, division 3—waste plans of the act, being sections 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44, other than this power of delegation. Delegation no. 8 dated 30 april 2024 and published in the gazette on 17 may 2024 is revoked.
