Notice is given to landowners in the Shire of Harvey to carry out fire prevention work by 30 November 2025, as per Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Compliance inspections start 1 December 2025. Non-compliance may result in a fine up to $5,000. Variations can be applied for until 1 November 2025. Special Work Orders may be issued. Bushfire Management Plans must be complied with. Details provided for plantations, rural land, irrigated land, residential properties, fuel depots.
