It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Harvey Local Planning Scheme No. 2 on 8 December 2025 for the purpose of— i. Rezoning portions of Lots 155, 157 3315, 246, 314, 509, 156, 2 and 3 Treendale Road, Roelands from ‘Priority Agriculture’ and ‘Rural’ to ‘Rural Residential’. ii. Reserve portions of Lots 155, 157, 3315, 246 and 314 Treendale Road, Roelands as ‘Public Open Space’. iii. Zone portions of Lot 155 and the unconstructed road reserve traversing Lot 3315 as ‘Rural Residential’. iv. Amend the reservation of a portion of Lot 155 from ‘Local Road’ to ‘Public Open Space’. v. Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
