Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 november 2016, are required by the executor elizabeth r. m. pedler to send particulars of their claims to elizabeth r. m. pedler, 2 cunningham terrace, daglish wa 6008, by the 16th day of june 2017, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
