In the matter of the estate of James Wai Mun Yuen (also known as James Wai-Mun Yuen) late of 3/15 Dean Street, Claremont, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 29th day of June 2025, are required by the executors, Timothy Weng Hoong Yuen, Paul Weng Keong Yuen and Evelyn Sook May Yuen to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the state of Western Australia, by the 24th day of June 2026, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
