Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Vincent resolved on 23 March 2021 to make this local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Vincent Parking and Parking Facilities Repeal Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The City of Vincent Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2020, published in the Government Gazette on 5 June 2020 is repealed.
