The Council of the Shire of Broome resolved on 22 February 2018 to make the following local law: This local law is the Shire of Broome Trading, Outdoor Dining and Street Entertainment Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Broome Trading, Outdoor Dining and Street Entertainment Local Law 2016 as published in the Government Gazette on 16 January 2017.
