Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Alan Fowles, deceased, who died on the 16th may 2019 at aegis melville, [contact details redacted] state, are required by the executor anthony walter pass to send particulars of their claims to capital legal, barristers & solicitors of [contact details redacted] of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
