Notice to all landowners and/or occupiers of land in the City of Bayswater. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 you are hereby advised to ensure compliance with firebreak conditions by 1 November 2025 or within fourteen (14) days of becoming an owner or occupier up to and including 31 March 2026. Details of requirements for land under and over 2000 square metres are provided. Burning off within the City of Bayswater is prohibited.
