First and final notice served to owners/occupiers in the Shire of Esperance. Legal obligation to comply with requisitions of this notice from 1 October 2022 until 31 March 2023 as per Section 33 Bush Fires Act 1954. Failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $5000 plus costs. Details requirements for urban, rural residential and rural land.
