Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council makes the Waste Management Facilities Local Law 2020 under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. The local law applies throughout the Red Hill Waste Management Facility and the Hazelmere Resource Recovery Park and commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals the 2019 local law.
