Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council makes the Waste Management Facilities Local Law 2019 under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. The local law commences 14 days after publication and applies to the Red Hill Waste Management Facility and the Hazelmere Resource Recovery Park. It repeals the 2008 local law.
