Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Walter Anthony Matrenza of 2/3 Wanliss Street, Rockingham, formerly of 7 East Street, Fremantle wa, who died 3 may 2017, are required by the executor, Peter McGlade of 1/43 Macrae Road, Applecross wa, to send particulars of their claims to him by 8 september 2017, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
