Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 july 2016, are required by the executor, being david alan earnshaw to send particulars of their claims to earnshaw & associates, [contact details redacted] (1) month of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
