Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 july 2021, are required by the executors, elizabeth lloyd behjat and sarah louise fallon of care of costantino & co lawyers, po box 1304, west perth, western australia 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by 6 march 2024 after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
