Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 25 december 2020, are required by the executors, vicki margaret bailey and erico john tenardi of care of costantino & co lawyers of po box 1304, west perth, western australia 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by 26 december 2021 after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
