The Council of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale resolved on 16 October 2023 to make the following local law under the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Cat Local Law 2023 and comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Kennel and Cattery Local Law published on 13 February 2004 is repealed.
