The Council of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale resolved on 16 October 2023 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Dogs Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Law Relating to the Keeping of Dogs published in the Government Gazette on 13 February 2004 is hereby repealed.
