Pursuant to Section 30 of the State Development Act 2025, the development project described in Schedule 1, the Kondinin Wind Farm, is designated as a priority project. The Minister for State Development has had regard to the object of the Act and is satisfied this project is of strategic or economic significance to Western Australia, and has consulted with the proponent. This notice is made with the approval of the Premier.
