Order made under the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 24(2) and section 26 by the Governor in Executive Council. The excluded area is withdrawn from the Southern Ports Authority and is revested in the Crown. The Port of Esperance consists of specified land and water areas. The Port Authorities (Description of Port of Esperance) Order 2015 is revoked.
