Correction to the Port Authorities (Vesting of Property and Description of Port of Esperance) Order 2021. The excluded area is withdrawn from the Southern Ports Authority and is revested in the Crown. The Port of Esperance consists of the area of water and seabed shown as Lot 322 on Deposited Plan 416487; and the area of land shown as Lot 1027 on Deposited Plan 31503, Lot 502 on Deposited Plan 57791, and Lot 8 on Deposited Plan 57177. The Port Authorities (Description of Port of Esperance) Order 2015 is revoked.
