Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other relevant powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Halls Creek resolved on 15 February 2018 to make this local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Halls Creek Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law commences on the 14th day after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
