Notice to all landowners and occupiers of land in the City of Bayswater. All landowners and occupiers of land within the City of Bayswater are advised that, on or before the 1 November 2023 or within fourteen days of the date of becoming an owner or occupier up to and including 31 March 2024 must ensure compliance with the following firebreak conditions. A penalty of not more than $5,000 applies. Burning off within the City of Bayswater is prohibited.
