The council of the Shire of Toodyay resolved on Thursday 28 August 2025 to make the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025. This local law applies throughout the district and commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals previous by-laws relating to the establishment, maintenance and equipment of Bush Fire Brigades.
