Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 14 March 2018, are required by the personal representative, Isobel Margaret Marshall care of Greenstone Legal, [contact details redacted] 28th day of october 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
