In the estate of William Jervis Whiteley, late of [contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 7 February 2019, are required by the personal representative, David Napoli c/- Greenstone Legal, Level 1, [contact details redacted] 6005 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 2nd day of November 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
