Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of romuald peter dorairaj of 393 lakeside drive, joondalup, who was found on 25 october 2019, are required by the personal representative nicholas james dorai-raj to send particulars of their claims to irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, 6007 by 8 october 2020, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
