Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Peter Cornelis Schoonens, who died on 1 January 2026, are required by the Executor, Johnson Kitto, to send particulars of their claims to him within 45 days of the publication of this notice. After this date, the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
