Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby closes the following waters to all vessels excluding bona fide emergency vessels, vessels authorised to use swing moorings accessing the area solely for the purpose of attaching to moorings TB063, TB035, TB352, TB070, TB068, TB271 and tenders up to 3.75m transiting to and from the beach, between 6.00am on Sunday 25th November 2018 to 10.00am Monday 26th November 2018—Thomson Bay.
