These regulations are the school education (student residential colleges) amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the school education (student residential colleges) regulations 2017. In regulation 14(7): (a) in paragraph (a) delete “year;” and insert: year; or (b) delete paragraph (b) and insert: (b) for any other student — (i) $14 143 for the 2019 school year; or (ii) $14 461 for a subsequent school year.
