Amends the school education (student residential colleges) regulations 2017 regarding the bob hawke regional academic scholarship.

These regulations amend the school education (student residential colleges) regulations 2017. Regulation 3 is amended to insert in alphabetical order: bob hawke regional academic scholarship means the scholarship awarded to a regional or remote student to attend the bob hawke college as a participant in the academic gifted and talented programme. Before regulation 13(3)(a) insert: (aa) students enrolled at the bob hawke college who are recipients of the bob hawke regional academic scholarship.
