In the estate of William Michael Graves late of 18 Alkoomie Terrace, City Beach, Western Australia, business owner/concreter, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 25th April 2024 are required by the executor Tania Jane Graves of 24A Knight Street, Wembley Downs, Western Australia 6019 to send particulars of their claims c/- of her solicitors Mills Oakley of PO Box 5784 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6831 by the 6th day of October 2024 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
