In the estate of William Michael Graves late of [contact details redacted]/concreter, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 25th April 2024 are required by the executor Tania Jane Graves of [contact details redacted] 6019 to send particulars of their claims c/- of her solicitors Mills Oakley of [contact details redacted] by the 6th day of October 2024 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
