Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1/6/2024, are required by the executor appointed under the will, stephen grant broadway of 3 jesmond place, dianella, western australia to send particulars of their claims within one month of today’s date to him, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
