Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 9(1)(b) of the Act regarding the Horrocks Beach Water Reserve. The boundaries of the Horrocks Beach Water Reserve are altered and defined by reference to the coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan 3141 and shown outlined in bold on that plan.
