Notice Text
Pursuant to section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel notice MA403 published in the Government Gazette on 5 April 2012 and close the waters to motorised vessels in the following area— location: All the water contained within an area extending 225 metres along the foreshore being 125 metres north and 100 metres south of the swimming jetty and extending 100 metres to seaward.
