In the matter of the estate of philip anthony backshall, late of 17 coomoora road, mount pleasant, wa 6153, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 april 2019, are required to send particulars of their claim to the estate trustee, ross colin backshall, care of mr darren thrower, hyatt partners, p.o. box 179, south perth, wa 6951 within 30 days of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the estate assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
