All persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) against the estate of Edward Lindsay Rideout, late of Lot 75 Yunderup Terrace South Yunderup WA 6208, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor/administrator—Leann Maree Rideout Lot 75 Yunderup Terrace, South Yunderup WA 6208. Claims must be received by 02/01/2026. After this date, the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims of which the executor/administrator has notice.
