The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment 040/57 (Regional Reservations) to the Peel Region Scheme. The City of Mandurah Town Planning Scheme No. 3, Shire of Murray Town Planning Scheme No. 4 and Shire of Waroona Town Planning Scheme No. 7 are also amended, to reflect the inclusion of land within the Regional Open Space, Public Purposes and Waterways reservations, as proposed by Amendment 040/57. The amendments are effective from the date of publication of this notice.
