Any creditors having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 february 2016, are required to send particulars of their claims to keith stocks – administrator, at [contact details redacted] 6056 within 30 days from publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
