The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination with respect to an appointment to the special division non-ceo position of executive director, labour relations and industry development at the department of commerce. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 21 june 2016 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination.
