The city of perth parking local law 2017 provides for the management and regulation of parking within the district to ensure safe, fair and equitable use and access of parking facilities under the care and management of the local government. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the government gazette. The city of perth parking local law 2010 published in the government gazette on 15 february 2011 is repealed.
