Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby closes the following waters to all vessels excluding bona fide emergency vessels, vessels authorised to use swing moorings accessing the area solely for the purpose of attaching to moorings TB035, TB352, TB070, TB068, TB271 and tenders up to 3.75m transiting to and from the beach, between 6.00pm on Saturday 22nd February 2020 to 10.00am Monday 24th February 2020.
